Our mixer just stopped working recently. Electric is fine, hut light just flashes. My husband said he accidentally kept holding the button down the last time he used it and it froze up. It hasn't reset itself. Any recommendations?

This 6 speed Kitchenaid hand-held mixer has an electronic control. On each push of the membrane button the mixer runs briefly than quits. I strongly suspect electronic control failure. Can I get any repair parts, or is this mixer toast?

Hi, our switch is temperamental, sometimes you turn it on and it works, sometimes it doesn’t . Often you have to hold the whole thing at just the magical angle and it’ll work, but might intermittently shut off. Help!

My beaters fall out. Had this problem since day 1 of purchase Dec 2018 from QVC. Thought it was just me since I have hand issues. Recently relative tried with same results. Should have researched sooner - wasted purchase. Back to using my K A stand mixer. Will purchase cheapie from shore as replacement. Probably last longer and small investment. Sad

I have a Kitchen Aid 5 speed Mixer KHM512AQ9. Often it will not allow me to insert the LEFT beater. The right beater goes in smoothly. This has happened when I bought it. I am very disappointed in this product as this is my first Kitchen Aid mixer Please advise. Very disappointed.

The foriegn object inside the hand mixer was the black fan blade behind the left beater socket. It had broken in half and the blades of the fan had broken off causing the rattling sound. How do I replace this part?
