Background
The Dell Latitude 3310 is a laptop that was released in February 2020 at a retail price of 639 USD. Depending on the condition and upgrades, the current price range is around 200-500 USD.
The base model sports a 13.3-inch touchscreen display with 64-256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM, with a maximum of 16 GB. For the CPU, it uses the 8th-generation Intel Core (Intel Core i5-8265U) and the Intel UHD 620 as the GPU.
The laptop was primarily geared towards students and young adults, due to its great durability and long-lasting battery life. On average, the battery has a life span of four hours and forty minutes, with a maximum life span of around eight hours.
Identification
To identify your laptop, simply look for the sticker on the bottom of your laptop. There should be a code made up of seven numbers and letters called the Service Tag (ST). It may also be etched into the bottom of the laptop.
If, for some reason, the sticker is scratched or lost, you can also find it in your laptop by repeatedly pressing F2 while your laptop is booting up. This will open the BIOS menu. You should find the ST under the ‘Overview’ or ‘System Information' tabs.
