Blender is Leaking
Liquid is found near your blender base.
Blade Assembly isn't Attached Tight Enough
Check to be sure that the blade assembly that is screwed onto the blender bottle is tightened completely.
Blade Assembly is Cracked
Check for any cracks in the plastic of the blade assembly. If there are no visible cracks, make sure the blade assembly is dry and fill the area around the blade with water not to the point of overflowing. If there is any water leaking out of the blade assembly, then there is a crack and the blade assembly needs to be replaced. Replace Blade Assembly
Blender Bottle is Cracked
If the blade assembly is not cracked, check the blender bottle for any cracks. If there are not any visible cracks, clean the blender and dry it off completely. Fill the blender bottle up with water over a sink and look to see if any water is leaking out. If so, you must replace the blender bottle. Replace Blender Bottle
Drinking Lid Assembly is Cracked
Check the drinking lid assembly for any cracks on the surface and any deformation to the threading that goes into the blender bottle. Replace the drinking lid assembly if this is the case.
Blender Seals aren't Attached Properly
Inspect the blade assembly and drinking lid to ensure both seals are seated properly into their respective grooves.
Blender Seals Need to be Replaced
Remove the seals both from the blade assembly where the bottle screws into, then from the drinking lid where the bottle screws into. Check for cracks or cuts. If there is any damage, replace the necessary seal. Replace Blade Assembly Seal. Replace Drinking Lid Seal.
Blender Won't Turn On
No matter what you do, you cannot turn on your blender.
Blender is Not Plugged In
Make sure the power cord is plugged into the electrical outlet.
Blade Assembly isn't Attached Tight Enough
Unplug the blender. Check to be sure the blade assembly that is screwed onto the blender bottle is tightened completely.
Blender Bottle is Placed in the Base Incorrectly
After making sure the blade assembly is fastened to the blender bottle, place the blender bottle into the blender base. The arrows on the side of the blade assembly need to be lined up with the arrows on the blender base for blending to initiate. Now, press down the blender bottle into the base. The blender should turn on.
The Blender Will Turn On, but the Blades Won't Move
You can hear the motor turn on, but nothing is being blended.
Blade Assembly isn't On Tight Enough
Unplug the blender. Check to be sure that the blade assembly is screwed onto the blender bottle completely.
Blender Bottle is Placed in the Base Incorrectly
When you place the blender bottle into the base the arrows on the side of the blade assembly need to be lined up with the arrows on the blender base. Now, press down the blender bottle into the base. The blender should turn on.
Blade is Loose From the Blade Assembly
Remove the blade assembly from the blender bottle if you have not already done so. Gently try to wiggle the blade. If the blade is loose then it needs to be tightened.
Blender Bottle is Stuck in the Blender's Base
You can't remove the blender bottle from the blender's base.
Food is Stuck Between the Blade Assembly and the Blender Base
If food debris gets stuck between the blade assembly and the blender base it can cause the two parts to be stuck together.Unplug the blender. With the blender bottle still attached flip the entire blender upside down. Unscrew the blender bottle. Place the blender base back on the counter right side up. Try to turn the blade assembly to loosen it from the blender base. If you can remove the blade assembly at this point and notice any debris, clean out the debris and this should prevent any further jams.
Threading on the Blade Assembly and/or Blender Base is Deformed
Unplug the blender. With the blender bottle still attached flip the entire blender upside down. Unscrew the blender bottle. Try to turn the blade assembly to loosen it from the blender base. Remove the blade assembly. If any of the threading on the blender base is deformed or stripped it needs to be replaced. If any of the threading on the blade assembly is deformed or stripped, you will need to replace the blade assembly.
The Blender's Blades Are Rusting
You can see visible rust on your blades.
Blender Blades were exposed to water for a very long time.
Rusting only happens if the blades are exposed to water for a very long period of time. If the blades are rusting, you need to replace the blade assembly.

The blender comes on with all red and green lights blinking continuously but cannot operate any of the buttons. Could there be a problem?
