Background Information
The Samsung Galaxy series consist of multiple Android-powered mobile devices. It is manufactured by Samsung Electronics in Gumi, Korea. It was first released in December 2012 and made for MetroPCS. It measures 4.52 inches tall and 2.46 inches wide and has a dense construction that weighs 4.34 ounces. The right edge [side] has the sleep/power button and the micro USB port for charging is located on the bottom. The volume adjustment is placed on the right side and up top is the 3.5 mm headphone jack. It is equipped with a 3.2-megapixel camera. The touch screen is a 3.65 inch HVGA TFT made out of Corning Gorilla Glass. The resolution is 320 by 480 pixel and can display up to 262,000 colors. The processor is a single core 1000 MHz ARM Cortex-A8. It also have room for a microSD giving the phone an additional date space up to 32 GB. The battery capacity is 2100 mAh and the average battery life is 12 hours.
