The Device Will Not Turn On
When attempting to start or turn on the device, nothing happens.
Unplugged Device
If the device does not turn on, check to make sure the it is plugged into the wall.
Cup is Not Fully Inserted
If Device will not start, make sure that the blender cup is fully secured to the base.
Faulty Cord
If the plugged in device is not starting when the activators are fully pressed down, there could be a faulty cord (link will direct you to the repair guide).
The Cup Leaks
When blending, the cup leaks fluid.
Setup Problem
The blender cups were meant to be screwed on snug. If loose or screwed on poorly, it may leak.
Overfilling the Cup
The blender cups also have a max fill line. Filling the cup past the marked line may also cause the cup to leak.
Faulty Seal
If the lid is properly screwed on and the cup is still leaking, this may be a problem with a faulty rubber gasket (link will direct you to the repair guide).
Damaged Cup
If the lid and seal are secured and leaking still occurs, there may be a crack or chip in the cup through which fluid can leak. Cracks or chips may also prevent proper threading between blender cup and lid. The accessories can be replaced here.
The Blades Do Not Turn
The blender is on and receiving power but does not activate when plugged in.
Unplugged Device
If the device does not turn on, check to make sure the it is plugged into the wall.
Cup is Not Fully Inserted
If the device will not start, make sure that the blender cup is fully secured to the base.
Stuck Activators
If the blades do not turn, your activators may be stuck. Apply a small amount warm water to the activators to loosen any dirt or juice residue. Then attempt to force stuck activators down by pushing down on the stuck activator (one at a time).
Broken Activators
For the Magic Bullet to operate, small tabs called activators need to be fully functional. If the blades refuse to spin when the cup is fully secured and the activators are fully pushed down at the same time, there may be an issue with the Activators Functionality (link will direct you to the repair guide).

The blades separate (unscrew from the base. The blades actually drop into the cup when I turn it upright

I have used my bullet several times. Today using it again to make salsa, and the whole thing is stuck. On the motor part! I had to unplug it so it would quit blending. Help!

Had nutri bullet for a couple of years and all great until now. The base and cup loosen up during blending and contents leak all over. I have to take off the cup and tighten everything back up. Doing nothing different than I have done I the past. What’s going on?

Read a bunch of these and watched a few YouTube videos. I had one activator tab stuck hard, and (luckily) stopped trying to force it before I broke off a cup tab. With a few drops of vinegar and pushing down hard with the handle end of a pair of pliers, got the stuck activator to depress so I could have breakfast. After breakfast I got a tiny spoon and put a few drops of HOT water (I microwaved to make sure it was hot) on the activator and did the hard push. Did a few more drops and it started going down easier. Did that a couple more times and it needs no pressure and clicks back up. I'm blaming coagulated gummed up fruit juice. Will do the hot water thing now whenever it needs oomph to run it.

The plastic tabs on my 24 Oz NutriBullet blender cups seem to get worn down pretty quickly; cup vibrates a lot, causing it to rotate out of its required blending position which causes blender to stop. I can hold it down and it will work but I prefer to do my blending with the plastic cover over the Nutribullet to avoid damaging my hearing. My smoothies typically contain fruit, chart, yogurt and protein powder. Am I doing something fundamentally wrong?

I can’t get the cup assembly off the base unit, was in the middle of blending and I can’t release.. any ideas? I think it has leaked a bit as visible signs of liquid dripping out when laid on its side. Motor runs but with odd noise.. thanks for any advice / help!
