Keyboard sticks
Keyboard keys do not depress after being pressed
Debris under keys
If debris is stuck underneath your keyboard, it may cause the keys to stick when they are pressed. Removing this debris may fix the problem. If you see debris present under the keys, you can use compressed air to blow the debris out from under the keys. You may also try using a toothpick or paperclip to dig it out, or remove individual keys in order to clean underneath them.
Faulty keyboard
If problems with the keyboard persist after cleaning, the keyboard itself may be faulty. In this case, replacing the keyboard may be required.[link]
Short battery life
The battery drains quickly when unplugged from the charger
Improper settings
You may be able to adjust battery settings through Windows Settings to increase the battery life of your laptop. Some presets should be available, as well as a battery saving mode. Some of these presets can be adjusted further as well, and startup programs can be disabled through Task Manager to improve battery life. If battery life continues to be problematic after changing these settings consider replacing your battery.
