Hi @ag8079305
What is the make and model number of the faucet?
If you remove the rubber o-ring above the white plastic aerator (as seen in the first image you posted - part on left side) then the aerator should come out.
Here's a link that may help.
Complete aerators i.e. aerator and housing, usually the housing comes in two types, male and female. Those that have a thread that screws into the faucet spout and those that are screwed onto the faucet spout.
Looks like yours is a female thread aerator. Mostly spouts are of a similar diameter so you should be able to find replacements at any good hardware or plumbing supply store.

It's a glacier Bay not sure exact model though.
Did you get the white plastic aerator out OK?
You may have to take the complete aerator assembly to a plumbing supply or hardware store and see if you can find a match.
Yes I was able to remove it
Usually they don't need replacing unless they're damaged.
If the water isn't coming out OK mostly they're just clogged with sediment/grit that builds up over time.
Sometimes the o-ring needs to be changed though.
The aerator itself is a little gross but the other part that it attaches too.The part on the right in the top picture. It is damaged. Not sure how overtime I guess.
