@cardososiqueira time to take it apart and to take a look. It is either the mechanical part that is stuck on the housing or the actually switch of the power/volume flex has failed. I would go with replacing that flex. The good news is that the power button/ volume flex is readily available at many online stores. The bad part is that there are not yet any guides for this. I

I would use something like this video to work onit. It is a slightly different model but the steps will be the same. You can expect that some of the screws and flex cable will be on slightly different positions in the phone. Just take your time and work slow and careful and you should have no issues fixing your phone.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
