My keyboard write the wrong symbol

Please explain in more detail what you mean i.e. incorrect letters, all letters wrong, special keys only, no capital letters etc?

Try connecting a USB keyboard to the laptop and check if that works OK.

Has the laptop gotten wet or been dropped at all?
