3 Rainbow Static after HP Logo
Replaced HDD in my laptop and when powering the device on it will show the HP logo then after a minute or so the display will change to a rainbow static. I reseated both connections(Motherboard and LCD side) and the issue is still occuring. Any Suggestions?

I would attempt to reseat the ram HP Pavilion 15-b109wm RAM Replacement if it still persists take one stick out and try. @kolton0131

Can you get into the BIOS before the "rainbow screen"?
I presume you cloned your old drive. You haven't used another instalation of Windows on drive from another computer have you? If you did it could possible just be a video driver issue, etc.
