Device wont turn on (Not Sure whats wrong)

Hello have a Razor Blade (RZ09-01953E72) trying to figure out why the device is not turning on

Basically wondering if there's a guide on how to test motherboard with a voltage tester to see what’s wrong with it…

I’ve seen some videos on youtube but still not sure how to test it properly…

I have the same problem, what did you do ?

I would take off the bottom cover and disconnect the battery first to see if it turns on without the battery with the charger.

I tried without the battery and only the charger, nothing

I bought a new battery, nothing.

even when I just connect the AC cable, it suppose to show that LED light is on, but also nothing.

What do you think I could check more ?
