My Macbook's display reads that my battery is at 85%, and then goes to "Not Charging." According to the led readout on the battery, its full.
How do I reset, for lack of a better word, the percentage readout coming from my macbook in order to accurately represent the charge on my battery?

Battery loadcycles is at 215. The current Battery Capacity is 4648mAh, the current charge (at a "Not Charging" state) is 3938 mAh.

If you run it all the way down and then recharge it will reset it.
Do you mean I need to calibrate the battery? I have done this. I made sure it was as full charged as possible, then ran the battery down until the computer went to sleep, waited for 5+ hours, then fully charged it again. It has remained in this same state.
