My headset doesn’t work with my controller, but it does with other controllers. You may be about to say, “oh, it’s a problem with the controller,” but other headsets work with my controller, just not mine. Same brand, same make, (can’t use them as they are my bothers’ headsets,) but only my specific headset won’t work.

It’s possible that your headset is incompatible with your controller. Are you 100% sure your headset is compatible with your controller? Where are you plugging your headset in on the controller? Headphone jack? Other port?
Also, the model number of your controller would be helpful for further troubleshooting too.
