Hello! My name is Leah and I am an English major at California State University, Sacramento. I don't have many technical skills regarding the usage of tools, but I have done mini repairs at home such as fixing an old shower head, replacing door hinges, and replacing my front lawn with new sod. Although I don't possess many skills or knowledge on repairs, I think of myself as a fast learner and am eager to explore this area of my life through iFixit.

I picked up reading as a hobby around early middle school and haven't stopped since, and I also thoroughly enjoy writing whenever I have free time (I think the two typically go hand in hand). I love hanging out with my friends when I can. We love traveling. We frequently take spontaneous trips out to places like San Francisco or Reno in the middle of the night, and plan on going to Japan this winter to visit a friend that's staying abroad for the school year! I also love music. I have a small vinyl collection and hope to grow my cd collection now that I just got a cd player. I also play the guitar, the ukulele, and the piano, and often view listening to music as one of my favorite pastimes.
