Hello

When I do everything and connect the battery connector, the fan start spinning at very high speed on it own and nothing happens if i press on or off button. one solid LED is on at this time (first one closest to fan on the board) for 3 seconds and then fan stops. After 3 seconds all LEDs starts blinking for 10 times and then stops. At this point I cannot do anything (on/off button would not do anything). I can repeat the whole process again and again, already repeated it 6 or 7 times with no change at all.

I have tested the voltage to be 14V plus and rechecked all the terminals and connections.

Anybody know what I am doing wrong?
