Hi this is Kathryn Hockenbury. I attend the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. I’m a sophomore computer science major with a concentration in software engineering.

I began this profile, for my technical communication class. We are learning how to make i-fix-it device pages, to help us learn how to communicate effectively. I have previously repaired my family’s microwave 4 or 5 times. From switches to motherboards to keypads. I’m excited to continue my repair journey on i-fix-it!
