How can I obtain schematics for this Laptop? Motherboard: DABLIDMB8E0 REV E. Due to water damage, some caps seem to be the...

Have you tried with the remote by entering the display settings? Maybe they were set like that accidentally somehow. If that doesn't work, you can also try unplugging the tv and pressing the on button on the tv a couple times to unload the capacitors on the board and let it sit there for 10 minutes. Plug it in and try again. Otherwise you might have to open it up and inspect the mother board. Does the image on the external monitor come out with inverted colors as well?
Saiba maisYou need to unscrew the 3 elements in red circles. The 2 black plastic retainers, the middle metal nut, which also restrains it, and the water hoses can be removed once the faucet is able to move upward. Remember to cut the water before it reaches the faucet! Happy plumbing!
Saiba maisThis sounds like the display connector may be loose or water has made a short circuit on the display part of the board. Turn the Mac off by holding the power button. Unplug everything from the laptop, mouse, printer, etc. Check the power supply's connector, make sure there is no debris on either the female or the male connector before plugging it back in. Sometimes small metal things such as screws can get stuck and short circuit the power supply. Plug in an external monitor and turn the Mac on. If you get an image on the external monitor, then most likely you have a bad/disconnected display connection. If you don't get any image, try leaving the Mac in a dry place for a few days unless you are able to open it and inspect the motherboard for bad connections or corrosion.. I hope this helps. Good luck!
Saiba maisThey look very similar but they are in fact quite different. The connectors are all different and many components change type and positions. I don't recommend that you use that other board. I recommend that you purchase the exact motherboard the monitor had installed as it's the only way to be sure of it's compatibility. Ebay or ali express may have it available. Good luck!
Saiba maisCheck the sim reader for any debris or some of the pins are not making contact with the sim card due to damage, bending , etc.
Saiba maisHello Dario, This model laptop of Toshiba allows up to 16GB RAM. Check this link: https://www.kingstonmemoryshop.co.uk/lap...-satellite-s50-b-14z-laptop Please let us know if this was helpful. Happy upgrading! ;)
Saiba maisDoes it have warranty? If not then I think the battery sensor is faulty. It must taken apart to change the sensor and see if that’s the issue. Maybe changing the battery will fix it. Hope this helps, let us know!
Saiba maisI would first try and external keyboard to see if row 1-9 works. If it does, then make sure that the keyboard connector is in good shape and is making a good contact with the motherboard connector. Maybe even clean the contacts with contact cleaner. It could be that Catalina has reserved those keys for other functions or that you may need to access keyboard configuration and see if there is any option to change the keyboard’s layout or some other option within. It might be that you have to do a combination of keys, such as OPTION key, COMMAND key, CONTROL key or even SHIFT key + #NUMBER#. Try all combinations. Otherwise, you could try to install the latest good known version of OSX into an external drive and boot from that drive holding OPTION key while booting. A menu will appear as follows: If that solves the issue, then the problem lies within Catalina, otherwise, the keyboard connector at some point of one of it’s tracks has been severed from the row from 1 - 9 and you must change the connector cable...
Saiba maisI’ll give you a few tips. Try those HDD’s via a portable case with USB to the machine. If they work, then open the Mac and check the motherboard for corrosion or burnt components. If you do find anything, change the components using a schematic. Then clean it all well with isopropyl alcohol. It could also be a data line that has fried and might need a jumper cable to some component on the board. I strongly recommend that you Install OSX on your DVD to SATA adapter, since an SSD is much faster, then configure it to run from there as follows: Reboot the Mac and after the startup chime hold down the OPTION key during boot until you see the boot selection menu. Click the external volume to boot from it. External drives typically are shown with an orange icon, with their interface printed on the icon itself. Similarly, CD’s, DVD’s, and the SSD via DVD to SATA adapter are shown with a disc icon. If you can’t fix the issue on the board, then you will need to start using the HDD via USB or the SSD via DVD adapter...
Saiba maisIt looks like TVS131 and TVS132 are busted, not sure if they’re diodes. Maybe even that cap C142. Check the fuse R177 for continuity. Those components you show are most likely the culprit. I checked duckduckgo for your motherboard, the A1311, download here. Check the PDF for those components which I mentioned. Replace them. If you find the *.BDR file, then you can use Openbroardview from https://pldaniels.com/ . Check through the whole motherboard, reverse side as well, for other strange looking components, as well as the screen connector for corrosion or ugliness in some form. If you find no more, then clean the motherboard thoroughly with as pure alcohol as possible and a short, small brush, then rinse again with alcohol and let it dry well. Please let us know if this helps or not.

I have a Lenovo and I tried this with a separate windows 10 machine and it did not solve my issue. I can’t even refresh windows or use recovery mode. Any ideas?
