Yes it's an phillips #000 screwdriver. Be Carefull wenn you are removing the Batterycable, the connector breaks easily on an iPhone4/4s
Saiba maisFront or Rear camera? I had to clean lots of dust out of my 5s a few days ago. Did you clean it just with a q-tip or did you use alcohol? When taking it apart can you see any dirt on the lense in the housing? Otherwise you should try a new camera, they are not that expensive.
Saiba maisTake a look at this. 4 red blinks- can be LD board or main logic board, check inverter board wires for arcing to ground 6 red flashes- backlight issue, bad main board, or power board or inverter boards- check standby volts on power board. "backlight on" volts should be 3-5v from main logic board then 24v to inverter
Saiba maisFinding the schematic might be impossible. But these are both TVS-Diodes. On the left you have a 1SMB5.0AT3 and on the the right a 1.5SMC6.8AT3.
Saiba maisSo the phone wont start at all? Just Black/white stripes or flickering or something? with both screen? Does itunes see the iphone when you plug on to the computer? Sounds like a logic board problem to me.
Saiba maisBefore we try anything else. Try a Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons for about 15 seconds until the iPhone turns off itself and then restarts.

There are two common problems, bad powersupply and bad mainboard, It seems, that you have a unit with a bad mainboard: Blue light, clicking noise, starting fan and then turning off seems to be a Motherboard problem. Not fixable. this video will show you the differences

Saiba maisThe ribbon may sticks on the board, but the holding tab needs to be closed to make propper contact. The tab is pressing the cable on the contacts in the connector.
Saiba maisSorry to here that. I guess that after the water damage you just let the phone dry, am i right? The problem with waterdamage is that you now have corrosion and gunk all over the board. There will be one or more Hardware issues, wich need board repair. First you had screen and digitizer. now bootloop and Touch ID problems. Anyway, this probably wont become a reliable phone anymore.
