The repair was REALLY easy and fast! No problems and now my computer is working better than ever because I put more memory in. I also got all my files and programs back because I had made backup with time machine. It was almost too easy:)

Good repair except I didnt insert the RAM far enough. I just needed to push a bit harder to get it inserted properly.
My suggestion is to recommend to buyers of RAM is to buy two sticks. I had two slots in my mac mini and I only purchased one stick. Now that it's over I wish . . .

I had 2 gigs of RAM and needed more speed for my 2008 Mac desktop. A friend of mine that's a whiz with Macs sent me your link. I ordered 2 2GB RAM chips, printed out your directions for installation and it was a snap.
