But first ensureTo avoid digitizer issues, be sure the two metallic pads of tape near the home button are transferred to the new display. If your iPad did not have metallic pads, and you are having digitizer issues, you can place a narrowthin piece of tape over the copper/silver at the bottom of the digitizer to the left and right ofmetallic areas near the home button.
