Open the door.

Measure the distance from the the forend screw holding the cylinder to the faceplate as shown in the picture.

Buy the new cylinder.

Use a PZ2 screwdriver to remove the fixing screw from the side of the lock.

Insert the key and turn it to about 20° to the right (or left) to release the cylinder from the lock insert.

Pull out the old cylinder.
