Forgot pin, unable to unlock the phone
Could not unlock the phone since I forgot the 4 digit password. I restarted the phone, so fingerprint option ain't available.

Unfortunately this will need resetting. Follow these steps and you should be good to go. Please give me an upvote if this helps👍
- Power off your OnePlus phone
- Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and POWER buttons until the OnePlus logo AND a pattern dot screen appears
- Select FORGOT PASSWORD
- A data loss warning will appear on the screen; select OK and confirm your selection

Restarting as in resetting this phone back to factory default as if new? If not then there may be a factory reset procedure that may erase all data to start as if it came from the factory. Either owner's manual or online tech support should have procedures. Online support should have guidance. ANd maybe a phone number for support too.
