Device will not charge.

I have S2 and S3. The S2 will not charge. Please Help.

Did you review the sidebar questions? Just guessing, dead battery. If familiar with battery voltage required to power up these watches, removing and temporarily supplying correct battery voltage to the two(?) contacts should allow the watch to power up. Either the watch turns on with temporary power to prove a dead battery or the watch electronics failed.
