iMac cannot power up

I have good power supply and good source but all the 1,2,3,4 LED diagnose light off, what could be the problem? thanks

I have the same problem, with the Late 2015 model. I replaced my CPU and got this problem to occur. I am hoping its the PSU, I have a new one on the way for wednesday.
