Wi-Fi and Bluetooth switch doesn't remain ON.
My laptop immediately turns off the Wi-Fi as soon as I turn it on.

Are the Wi-Fi drivers installed correctly? If not, reinstall them and see if thats the problem.

Thanks but the drivers are fine.
It says Wi-Fi is off because PC is in airplane mode but when I go to airplane mode, the selections are darkened, I cannot change it.

What is the make and model number of your laptop?
What OS is installed?
Have you checked in Device Manager > Network Adapters to view the status of the WiFi adapter?

Drivers are fine. Windows 10.
Wireless adapter working properly.
The laptop worked fine on Friday, then on Monday , I couldn't turn the Wi-Fi on. The button goes back to OFF. I noticed the Bluetooth is doing the same thing.
I removed the network then reinstalled, rebooted and nothing. I'm about to scream.
