NISSAN ALTIMA 2006 2.5L engine shaking

for some reason last night I turned my car on it was shaking and the car engine sounded weak like if it was going to turn off while I was in parked gear. once the car warmed up I put it on drive I can still feel something from the engine was shaking and the service engine soon yellow light was flicking until it stayed on. this morning I turned the car on no shaking and the service engine soon light went off, any idea what can cause this shaking coming from the engine?
