camera turns off when closing the battery door

hi thereby W690 didn't drop/water damaged or no any other kind of damaged one,but recently it has this weird behavior .it turns off when i close the battery door.

And i cannot turn on it with closed battery door .

which means i have to keep opening the battery door if i want to turn on the camera.

hope you guys can help me !
