A 6 blink error code is a backlight error.

This could be due to either a faulty "B" board or a faulty screen (aka panel module).

Here's the [document|41276|service manual] that may help to isolate it a bit more as to which is it. Go to p.20 and follow the ''6 times blinking'' troubleshooting flowchart to see what you get.
