Hi there! (1) .Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the track pad driver, and you would obviously need a external mouse to be connected to your laptop. (2) If step “1“ does not work try updating Windows to the latest version. (3) If step “2“ does not work, simply go for a hardware store to get it checked out. actually samsung galaxy tab gets hot really quick due to usage of RAM and cpu so its normal . it is not mad for heavy use just to store pics listen to music and to play a small game and when u do something which takes alot of RAM and cpu the tabs left side will get ,infact the cpu is on the left.
