I have always wanted to help the community since I was little. This idea opened many doors with multiple possibilities since there is no limit to making the community a better place. Every step I took to get where I am right now, has helped me choose my majors.

I realized I was gifted with a very open mind. I love thinking outside the box which is why I tend to see a situation from multiple points of view. Biopsychology and Design allow me to do just that and by combining the two, I will do something remarkable to break the stigma.

In the Fall Quarter of my Sophomore year at UC Davis, I was able to incorporate my ideas into one project called "The Brain Of Truths". Which is a walk-through that contains information as to how mental health impacts our physical health.

Honestly, there is a good amount of things in my daily life that need fixing. But a good example would be fixing my little pot in the room that I accidentally dropped, three times, and it kept getting worse. I have all the broken pieces and the motivation to fix them but cannot determine the right fix (glue) as I am unsure of the pot's material.

This project will benefit me with multiple learning experiences. I will start with something I have no idea fixing, but as I do my research and start developing a purpose along with steps to reach the goal, it will overall benefit me to think outside the box much more.

  • I got the lead role in 5 plays.
