Where to download? You could use online FW databases like SamMobile, Samfrew, etc. However, I would recommend using Frija or Samloader as they allow you to download the firmware directly from Samsung's Firmware Update Servers and without any speed caps. If you're operating on Windows, use Frija.
Where your fuses are located it should say on the opposite side of the panel which fuse it is but in my research I don't think there is a fuse for it if there is fluid in it I would have someone try it while listening to try and hear if it makes any noise there is a replacement tutorial on YouTube for this make sure the lines aren't clogged also I hope this helps https://youtu.be/2ZPRBtz38RM
Was this determination based on a scan tool ? Do you hv a code ? If you know the location of the valve first unplug it look inside of the sockets for corrosion, if there is get so deoxit and sprayinside to remove it determine if there is power to the valve with a test light don't just throw money at it diagnose first ok
Not all chryslers have a filter I know unbelievable huh it can only be one of 2 places behind the glove box or underneath the glove box the one underneath is very long and a pain to reinstall if youu don't hv a filter and your cars air smells from your air conditioner being turned on my suggestion is to get a can of lysol and spray some into the air conditioner intake located on the outside of the vehicle at the bottom of the windshield and see if that helps
