-[* icon_note] This step will assist you if you need to put a new strand of thread into your needle while in the middle of the hem.
-[* black] Before this step starts, cut off the thread from your needle and hold both thread strings in each of your hands. Tie them together to create a knot multiple times. Make sure it is tight and trim the edges before threading your needle again.
-[* black] With the new thread on your needle, create a knot at the end. Push your needle through from the front close to your recent knot. Move a half inch to the left and come back through to the front.
-[* black] Put your needle under the line of thread you just recently stitched to the right. Pull your thread almost all of the way through.
