This guide will teach users how to pry open the back cover, to remove screws in order to remove the battery, to remove all screws holding the motherboard together withto the device, to remove the ribbons, to remove the gold and gray panels, and liftingto lift the screen from the housing. All of these steps are necessary in order to remove the screen from the kindleKindle 3.
