Follow this guide to remove the SSD/Hard Drive from your Lenovo Thinkpad T560. You must first remove the backpanel of the laptop, and then remove the Hard Drive using a Phillips #0 screwdriver. Make sure to unplug the correct connections for the Hard Drive, and also remember to remove the Hard Drive place holder.
