Conclusion
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
1. Remove the cushion(s) from the couch.
This will easily insure you to get the proper measurements of the cushion(s).
2. Using a tape measure, measure the height, width, and length of each cushion.
3. Unzip the existing cushion cover and remove the stuffing.
*You can keep the existing zippers if they are salvageable, to save yourself a couple dollars.
4. Using fabric chalk, draw out the measurements on the new fabric.
5. Cut and iron the new fabric to prevent any wrinkles. *This will help make for a more smooth and easy process.
6. Take the zippers and hand sew them onto the newly cut fabric.
7. Lastly, create the new cushion by stuffing it with Poly-Fil and zipping it shut.
