This guide will help you to replace the LCD panel unit on the Sony Cyber Shot DSC-W170.

If the screen protector or menu buttons are not working properly, the solution is to replace the LCD panel unit. The following is a step-by-step guide to removing the LCD panel unit and replacing it with a working one. Be careful when removing shattered glass displays and be sure to remove power/disconnect batteries before performing this task!
