This guide will help people who may be trying to replace their sliding glass door rollers. You will need a screw driver and a set of new door rollers to perform this task. It is also handy to have someone there to help you get the doors off the track.

    • Find the screw on the bottom of the door. Adjust the rollers to the highest setting to lift the rollers off track.

    • The adjustment screw is normally at the bottom.

Step 1: Find the screw on the bottom of the door. Adjust the rollers to the highest setting to lift the rollers off track.

Probably not. The rollers are adjusted to the LOWEST setting. That gives the most clearance to lift the door off the track. Set it to 'highest' and the rollers will likely hang up on the track when you try to lift the door OFF the track.

What is this point of view based on? Having done it half a dozen times.
