Classic Ripstik Caster Board Torsion Bar Replacement
Introdução
Vá para o passo 1There is nothing quite like the feeling of riding a Razor RipStik Classic Board; however, if your Razor RipStik has lost its ability to twist seamlessly, you most likely have a worn-out torsion bar, which requires replacement. With this guide, you will be able to replace the torsion bar on a RipStik Classic Caster Board.
A functional torsion bar provides the resistance needed for the RipStik to twist along with the rider’s hips. When you have been riding for quite some time, eventually, the torsion bar will become tight making it difficult to ride. A worn-out torsion bar will make it difficult for the plates to twist oppositely. If you notice that your RipStik is not twisting like usual, consider checking for rust. If you continue to notice the RipStik is not twisting as seamlessly as normal, you should replace the torsion bar.
A faulty torsion bar can cause an injury. If your torsion bar has rust, take appropriate precautions.
All it takes is a couple of minutes and minimal skills to ensure the safety and enjoyment of your next ride.
