Anytime crazy lines appear HHEELLPP
I had it working but i slammed on the power then when i start it it shows lines and restarts in classic mode

First, I would suggest restoring the software using iTunes. Just plug in your iPod to your computer, open iTunes, and restore the system (make sure your music is all backed up in iTunes first).
If, after restoring, it is still showing lines, then probably you need a new LCD screen. They're not currently available on iFixit, but you should be able to buy one on eBay, or send it in for professional repair.

I don't have any apps that say itunes in classic mode and i need a home button

Need a bit more information about what you are trying to fix. What lines? When do they appear? What did you fix, or install? How did you "slammed on the power"?

DUDE they appear when i turn it on there lines that i get no apps i did not install anything i broke the power and home button -_-

Well dude, I guess it's time to like open it up and re-evalute the damage. Looks like you need some new parts. Like here is a good start...iPod Touch 4th Generation
