i am Glad that you asked this question and i have seen on internet lot of people face this issue .
first try checking the charger see if it is fine .
make sure you always use the branded charger to charge it .
- First reboot your phone wait for 1 min
- if possible take off the tablet battery and plug it back otherwise just continue to next step
- check the power outlet and connection (mostly charger jack and cable )
*Plug the charger and wait for 10 min
- Try booting your tablet in safe mode using the power key
- follow How to Boot phone or tablet in safe mode and see if you can boot this into safe mode
