One key puts two letters from keyboard

I have a Early 2008 MacBook with the 2.4 Core 2 Duo, and it's been bugging me with the keyboard putting two letters (eg. C puts CB and 3 puts 35) and I don't know how to fix it.

Does anyone know a quick solution so I can restore this fascinating laptop?
