Hi there Shreya !

I have the same problem with my [link|https://fixingblog.com/acer-laptop-wont-connect-wifi/|Acer laptop WIFI dropping|new_window=true] Unexpectedly. the only thing I didn't try is to reset my laptop. But you can try to completely remove the Wireless driver from the device Manager, here is how to do it.[br]
[br]
Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your laptop.[br]
[br]
Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.[br]
Step 2. Select Device Manager.[br]
Step 3. Expand the entry Network adapters. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.[br]
Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.[br]
Step 5. Reboot the computer.

Turn laptop back on and let Windows automatically re-detected the wifi hardware and automatically re-installing fresh copies of the wifi drivers.
