PS4 Unrecognized Disc but only one disc

So i've recently bought Naruto Ninja Storm 4 from Gamestop and when I put it into my PS4, it does not read. All my other games read but this is only one that won't. The game is also used to i do not know if it is a console problem or a disc problem. Please help of you do know.
