Why does the smart watch not turn on?

I just got this croseca smartwatch recently. It worked pretty fine for some time. Then I tried to insert my sim and SD card and it wouldn’t turn on. I then removed them and tried again but it still didn’t turn on. I tried so many stuff and now I’m lost.
