I had the same problem! All you have to do is get A LOT of q-tips and some water. You have to open the back and make sure there is no film and then take a q-tip, dip it in water, and take a picture. While it's rolling, rub the q-tip on it then dry it with a different one. Do that until your roller is all silver, NO BLACK AT ALL! Then, enjoy!
