If it is a Window OS program.

Download AVAST AV Free and then do an update of virus definitions and then a Boottime Scan after install.

If it is good then install Malwarebytes Anti-malware and do a definition update and do a full scan.

If that is good, then download and install Glary Utilities and run it.

If then that is good you might need to do a HDD Cleaning and Defrag.

Thats all I got.
