I'm stuck in Recovery loop. Please help.

I have followed the instructions on how to do a Hard reset of my Hipstreet Titan 2 HD tablet and now it is stuck in the recovery loop. I don't know what else to do. How can I get it out of this loop/reinstall (hopefully properly rooted) OS?
