The JD Razor 2000's wheels become wobbly, it is probably at least one of two things: Flattened wheel round, or the wheel needs some tightening.

If the wheel is actually tipping the wrong way in its axis, you may just need to tighten the screws.  Using a hex key, tighten the screw on either side of the wheel.  If the wheel is still wobbly, it may need to be replaced.

Extensive and constant use of the scooter will flatten the wheels and take away their stability.  Check your wheels' shape.  If they look flat or squared on the rim, they are too worn down to ride safely and are most likely causing the wobbling.  You should replace your wheels.
