Introdução
MUST READ
Use this guide to replace the Lightning connector assembly in your iPhone XS. If you've tried cleaning the lightning port to no avail, replacing the Lightning connector can solve charging and connectivity issues.
The internal speaker connector is also part of this cable, so you will also need to replace this (or your speaker) to resolve sound issues.
Additionally, the guide steps below lead you up to the part where you remove the Taptic Engine, so please refer to the video after those steps. Please also look over the video before opening your phone just to get two perspectives of the disassembly process.

Lay overlapping strips of clear packing tape over the iPhone's screen until the whole face is covered.

Heat an iOpener and thread it through the arms of the Anti-Clamp.

Fold the iOpener so it lays on the bottom edge of the iPhone.

Insert an opening pick into the gap under the screen and the plastic bezel, not the screen itself.
-
Skip the next three steps.
-
-
-
Use a hairdryer or heat gun or prepare an iOpener and apply it to the lower edge of the iPhone for about a minute in order to soften up the adhesive underneath.
-

Is this guide still planned? Are there any other guides which get close to the lighting connector? I have done one lighting connector before. It is the last part, which makes it a very difficult repair. I have an iPhone Xs A1920 which needs this repair. I would be interested in a collaboration.
