This model screen is compatibile with lenovo T520 screen?

@haniballecter it'll be really hard to determine this just based on the computer model. This will really depend on what LCD display is currently installed. You will need to identify that first. Then use that LCD model number to determine compatibility. It is possible that it would fit but that is only a guess. Laptops use all kinds of different LCD's and maybe compatible but it's never good to guess. You always want to make sure that the replacement has the same size, resolution, and especially the same connector type as the old one.

The key indicator is the panel part number and if it's LED (motherboard driven), LED with a bridge inverter or CCFL - not the machine.

As long as the panel pinout is the same or the parts are vary similar (ex: T520 has a LTN R1 panel, but the HP has an R2 and they are pin compatible), you're good to swap panels. Don't buy a HP screen assembly blindly either (unless it's cheap enough you are comfortable with the risk of a incompatibility). I have absolutely swapped panels between brands, but I checked the PANEL compatibility between the laptops. At one point with the 840 G3, I put a Dell IPS LG panel in a 840 G3 with the 768p Innolux TN panel, but they were pin compatible and used the same connector being iDP, so I did not have to swap cables around on that HP. The reason I got it working is HP uses LG panels for the FHD IPS laptops, so it worked.

Now if I had an HP DreamColor 4K panel or wanted to upgrade to 4K DireamColor, I'd need a new screen and cable -- but I'd make sure the laptop is suited to do it (ex: Iris Pro or Radeon G=NO, Radeon Pro or Quadro=YES)
